Join Marilyn and Dana as they talk with Oklahoma Sheriff Department's Deputy Tara Hardin on how to beat the latest scams.
Deputy Tara Hardin began her career with the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s office in 2011 and became the TRIAD Coordinator in July 2021. Since that time, she has focused the program on crime prevention and specifically the increasing scams & frauds targeting seniors. She presents a new in-person lesson at 20 locations around Oklahoma County each month along with guest speaking/teaching by request, and participating in events for seniors. Episode 1: From a small town to the Oklahoma Governor’s office with Mary Fallin

Marilyn and Dana talk with former governor of Oklahoma, Mary Fallin, on what it was like to start as a small town girl and become a member of Congress, Lt. Governor, and Governor of Oklahoma. They also talk about what life after being Governor entails, from board positions to RV trips.
Mary worked in the hotel management business prior to being elected to her first office as a State Representative at 35 years old. She was never defeated while running for public office serving 28 years total.  
Mary is officially retired from-
Governor of Oklahoma 2011- 2019 - first and only woman US Congress 2007-2011 - second woman from Oklahoma. Lieutenant Governor 1995-2006 - first woman.
